We design and manufacture rugged input devices for equipment makers around the world: stainless steel keyboards, waterproof silicone keyboards, membrane switches, medical keyboards and kiosk keypads.
With in-house SMT, metal processing, silicone molding and an environmental test lab, we control quality from PCB to finished keyboard and support OEM/ODM projects from the first sketch to mass production.

Quality Control Process质量控制流程
From incoming materials to final shipment, every keyboard passes a complete chain of inspections and tests.从来料到出货，每一块键盘都经过完整的检验与测试

Incoming Inspection来料检验
PCBs, ICs, silicone, stainless panels and cables are sampled per AQL and checked for dimensions, conductivity and RoHS documents.PCB、芯片、硅胶、不锈钢面板与线材按 AQL 抽检，核对尺寸、导通与 RoHS 资料。

SMT & AssemblySMT 贴片与装配
Automatic SMT with AOI inspection, then keyboard assembly on torque-controlled fixtures and a 100% key-function test.自动 SMT 贴片配合 AOI 检测，随后在扭矩受控治具上装配并 100% 按键功能测试。

Waterproof Test防水测试
Sealed models are spray- and immersion-tested to IP65/IP67/IP68 according to IEC 60529 before release.密封型号按 IEC 60529 进行喷淋与浸水测试，达到 IP65/IP67/IP68 后方可放行。

Lifetime Test寿命测试
Key-press robots verify 1-10 million actuations; temperature cycling and impact tests run on every new design.按键机械手验证 100 万至 1000 万次寿命，新设计均进行高低温循环与冲击测试。

Outgoing Inspection出货检验
Final OQC covers appearance, legends, interface and packaging; every carton ships with a test report and a traceable batch label.出货 OQC 检查外观、字符、接口与包装，每箱附测试报告与可追溯批次标签。
