Backlit Rugged Keyboards for Vehicle Terminals
WS-K87 keyboards with Arabic/English legends and night-vision compatible backlight for patrol vehicle terminals operating at +65°C.
Vehicle terminals in desert conditions require keyboards that tolerate sand, heat and constant vibration.
The WS-K87 was adapted with a dual-language legend set, a dimmable backlight and a locking M12 connector. The program now covers more than 600 vehicles.
The backlight and sealed connector solved two problems we had struggled with for years.
