Tested Before Shipping, Backed After Delivery出厂前严格测试，出厂后放心使用

Every keyboard passes a 100% functional test before shipping, and sealed models are water-tested as well. If a manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period we repair or replace it free of charge and pay the return shipping of the repaired unit.每台键盘出厂前都经过 100% 功能测试，密封型号还需通过防水测试。若在质保期内出现制造缺陷，我们免费维修或更换，并承担返修件的回程运费。

Standard keyboards have no MOQ - you can order a single sample. Custom keyboards usually start at 50-100 pcs, silicone rubber keypads at 1,000 pcs.

Yes. Standard samples ship within 3-5 working days. Custom samples typically take 2-3 weeks after drawing approval.

Standard products: 2-3 weeks. Custom products: 3-5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and tooling.

OEM / ODMOEM / ODM 定制

Yes. Layout, language, legends, colors, logo, backlight, cable length and connector can all be customized. Send us a sketch and we will return a drawing for approval.

Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving drawings, and custom tooling and designs are never sold to other customers.

A layout sketch or drawing (PDF, DWG, JPG or PNG), the required interface, sealing level, quantity and target price are enough to start. Use the OEM inquiry form to attach files up to 10 MB.

USB HID is standard. PS/2, RS232, RS485, matrix output, Wiegand and I²C are available on request.

No. USB keyboards are HID compliant and work plug-and-play on Windows, Linux, macOS and Android. Programmable versions include a free configuration utility.

IP65 protects against dust and water jets; IP67 also withstands temporary immersion up to 1 m for 30 minutes. For daily washing choose IP67 or IP68.

Yes. Metal and silicone keyboards work with work gloves, and our capacitive glass keyboards are tuned for medical nitrile gloves.

Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and medical keyboards are produced under ISO 13485. Products carry CE, FCC and RoHS compliance; IP and IK test reports are available.

All products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Faulty units are repaired or replaced free of charge.

Email the serial number, photos or a short video of the fault. Our engineer replies within 24 hours with troubleshooting steps or an RMA number; repaired or replacement units ship within 5 working days of receiving the returned keyboard.

Payment & Shipping付款与物流

We accept T/T, PayPal and L/C. Samples ship by DHL/FedEx/UPS; bulk orders by air or sea under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Each keyboard is sealed in an anti-static bag and foam-fitted gift box; boxes are packed in 5-layer export cartons, palletized and stretch-wrapped for sea freight. Neutral or branded packaging is available.

Outgoing inspection covers appearance, legends, interface and packaging, with a test report and traceable batch label in every carton.出货检验覆盖外观、字符、接口与包装，每箱附测试报告与可追溯批次标签。
